Wish I could give a zero star, last year I had a car crashed due to my vision was being blocked by a food truck, the lady Winnie Hui yelled at me in the phone said no matter what if rear end collision is my fault! I understand you do have a policy to follow, but doesn't mean you have the audacity to yell at me! I paid my premium to get protected, I was confused and seeking help that's why I was calling to seek assistant. Bad service, expensive rate!

I've been on hold for 25 minutes so far.. this just isn't acceptable.
