We’ve paid tens of thousands of dollars to Allstate Insurance for our home and vehicles, with no claims. We are told we are “valued customers” by the answering recording. However, Allstate does not seem to care about any of this and their CUSTOMERS time.
I called Allstate four times today and out of frustration sent an email to modify my vehicle policy. The first call I was left on hold for 22 minutes before I had to hang up. The last call I was on hold for 24 minutes before I finally got through. This service, or more accurately lack of customer service is deplorable! Allstate needs to hire more agents, and/or come up with an online solution for making policy changes.

We switched to Allstate over a year ago and have had a great experience! Hubert and Fatima have helped us several times to get the best rates for our home and auto insurance, including for our extended family members. I couldn't recommend them enough. I called them to add another car on my policy and they just turned off the phone 2x to don’t deal with an existing customer….. I am already looking for another insurance
