One month into my sons auto claim and still haven’t seen an adjuster. Spoke to branch manager he told me Its issues related to Covid. Entreprise calling for the rental truck back and nothing has been done. Manager again tells me some people have rentals for a year!! Very arrogant and pompous when dealing with a customer. Best advice is dont let the lure of cheap rates trick you. The service is absolute garbage and the manager is worse.
