Our house insurance more than doubled for our renewal this year. We called multiple times and spoke to multiple people and not one person could explain why there was such a massive increase to our premium when we had no claim history and have been insured for years. Luckily were able to find someone else for less then we were paying before, and better coverage. Additionally the wait times to speak with someone are incredibly long. Do not recommend Allstate!
