I really didn't want to leave this review for Matthew, but I feel I have no choice — he's just been so great to deal with since day one —always answers his phone — he was basically on the way to a hospital to have a new baby and answered the phone! While his wife might have had strong words for him during and after, my family certainly only has kind and positive words for Matt. They say in life you need a great mattress, a great dentist, and a great insurance agent. I say you only need a great insurance agent, cause if you find one, they can recommend great dentists and mattresses. Matthew always answers his phone, deals with whatever insurance question or a task I bestow upon him right then and there and I know I can always count on him. Allstate has been excellent to deal with, despite their overwhelm with recent floods, fires and hurricanes. I understand this might not be everyone's experience and perhaps we lucked out. Matthew is excellent at his job — which is why I did not want to recommend him in the first place — being so good he might just get too busy and become less good, but he assured me his new assistant is awesome and I look forward to dealing with Matthew for years to come.
