Absolutely terrible. Avoid if possible, All State has been ok as far as an insurance company goes but this agency absolutely sucks. They are very disrespectful on the phone and absolutely zero knowledge/capacity to help. Agent couldn’t give me the time of day or answer any questions I have. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Really a shame such a large insurance company would stand for this, looking at the reviews seems to be a common problem they don’t care to address.

CROOKS, unprofessional, Terrible service. Used to be good 30 years ago when I first used them, it changed hands numerous times, each time getting worse. I am not using them anymore.

These guys used to be so good but now it's just a bunch of unexpected changes to my home and auto policies which end up costing me more. I then have to call their office for resolution and the wait times are often over an hour resulting in either me giving up or them answering and then hanging up because they don't want to deal with my inquiry. Brutal. Will be trying a new provider on renewal. They get 2 stars instead of 1 because they were actually good at one point in time. Let's call it a "residual star" that reminds us of their glory days. Kind of like that 50 year old guy that still talks about his high school football days and what could have been if he had only won that last game.
