I am extremely disappointed with their customer service. Despite having five policies with them (three cars and two homes), I have encountered numerous issues that have not been resolved adequately. The representatives are unresponsive and unhelpful, and I often find myself having to call and email them multiple times to get any assistance. The level of service provided does not match the premiums I am paying, and it is frustrating to feel neglected as a loyal customer. I strongly advise others to consider alternative insurance providers who value their customers and provide efficient service.

Waste of time, money and disrespectful. Every year they jacked up my premium and blamed it on inflation. There customer service is terrible, they will put you on hold for a length of time for no reason and when you call them out on it they don't want to talk to you anymore. I tried to get a quote for a new vehicle and after talking to 5 different people and placed on hold for over 20 minutes for what I'm not sure of I ended up hanging up. Tried calling back to talk to a different rep they told me no. I'm canceling all my policies with them and going elsewhere

Very disappointed. Have been a loyal customer for the past 10 years. Have 5 policies under them for my houses and cars. I have emailed and called regarding an issue since a few days ago with no reply from anyone.
