This company is a joke, Unaccountable agents, constant premium increases for no apparent reason, and just horrible business etiquette topped by even worse communication skills. They will tell you you have "accident forgiveness" in your policy and then use that same accident against you. Pathetic... Save yourself the trouble and find a company that will actually listen when you speak, and not do as they please.
